It is a good idea to provide your snails with a dish of water for drinking. The water dish shouldn’t be too deep, and they should be able to climb in and out easily, since they like to bathe in the water as well as drink it. Repile dishes are very good for snails, as they often have a small slope that enables them to crawl in and out, although any kind of shallow dish can be used.
Food can be also be kept on a shallow dish or plate. This is not strictly neccessary, but you may find it easier to remove any old, uneaten food if it is on a plate.
Cuttlefish, or another source of calcium, should also be provided for your snails.
